AUDI FEASTIVAL 2017

What

Audi Feastival 2017 was a celebration of Arts, Culture, food and creativity. Audi’s activation had to reflect those values. The solution was a mixture of product placement as well as interactive visual art.

How

TANTRUM managed the onsite logistics, move in of 5 Audi display cars, executed a challenging load in of the Audi R8 Spyder, coordinated with the product specialists on site, key management, photo booth, vehicle detailers and was the hit of the night with a live Visual Reality project with an artist painting two models to disappear into an Audi R8 and backdrop.

Results

Audi Feastival 2017 was largely a success with an estimated attendance of 2,500 people. The highlight of the event was the live performance painting. An unexpected outcome was that they became props for selfies and generated a huge reach on Social Media.
